Settings
These rules describe how the rotation is intended to behave. Values are documentation for now, not live controls.
Rotation rule
1. Eligibility
A lead is eligible if Last Outreach Date is blank OR the date is at least 30 days old.
2. Date stamping
Every successfully sent lead is stamped with today's date, which immediately removes it from the eligible queue.
3. Re-entry
The lead becomes eligible again 30 days after that stamp, shown as its Next Eligible Date.
4. Exclusions
Missing email, opted out, and hard-bounced records never enter a batch, regardless of date.
